An interesting study published today suggests that people of faith make generally more satisfied and loyal workers. Part of the reason stems from the fact that religious people are more able to postpone immediate satisfaction for future gain. Other studies, especially from Duke University, have shown that religious people where generally happier and tended to live longer.
