You don’t need IQ to succeed

An interesting article in Forbes Magazine outlines research showing that EQ and MQ (moral intelligence) are far more important for business and professional success than IQ. Of course this has been known for some time, and is something that we teach. It’s not your knowledge, your determination or drive, your product (in the case of sales) or your intelligence that enables your success as a leader or manager, or sales professional. Rather it’s your ability to relate to people in a way which shows that you really care about them and share commonalities with them.
